10. Mwombe Mungu akusaidie. Luka 11:9-10 "Nami nawaambia, ombeni, nanyi mtapewa; tafuteni, nanyi mtaona; bisheni, nanyi mtafunguliwa. Leo tunazungumzia umuhimu wa kujenga mifumo imara ya mazingira ili kuendeleza uchumi wa Afrika. Kama Waafrika, tuna rasilimali nyingi za asili ambazo zinaweza kutumiwa kwa manufaa yetu wenyewe. Hata hivyo, ili kufikia malengo haya, ni muhimu kusimamia rasilimali hizo kwa njia yenye ustadi ili tuweze kufikia maendeleo ya kiuchumi yanayohitajika. 5️⃣ Uwekezaji katika Utafiti: Ni muhimu kuwekeza katika utafiti unaohusiana na usimamizi wa rasilimali za asili. Utafiti huu utasaidia kutoa suluhisho na mbinu mpya za kuboresha matumizi ya rasilimali hizo kwa maendeleo ya kiuchumi.

6️⃣ Kuendeleza Sekta ya Kilimo: Kilimo ni tasnia muhimu katika usimamizi wa rasilimali za asili. Tunapaswa kuwekeza katika kilimo endelevu ambacho kitahakikisha uzalishaji wa chakula na mapato kwa wakulima wetu.

7️⃣ Kuwezesha Ufundi na Ubunifu: Ni muhimu kuwezesha watu wetu kwa kutoa mafunzo na rasilimali kwa ajili ya uvumbuzi na ubunifu. Hii itawawezesha kuchangia katika usimamizi bora wa rasilimali za asili na kuendeleza uchumi wa Afrika.

8️⃣ Kuendeleza Sekta ya Utalii: Utalii ni tasnia inayoweza kuchangia kwa kiasi kikubwa katika uchumi wa Afrika. Tunapaswa kuwekeza katika utalii endelevu ambao utazingatia uhifadhi wa mazingira na tamaduni za Kiafrika.

9️⃣ Kukuza Sekta ya Nishati: Nishati ni rasilimali muhimu kwa maendeleo ya kiuchumi. Tunapaswa kuwekeza katika nishati mbadala na endelevu ili kupunguza utegemezi wetu kwa nishati zinazoweza kumalizika.

🔟 Ushirikishwaji wa Wananchi: Wananchi wetu wanapaswa kushirikishwa katika michakato yote ya maamuzi kuhusu matumizi ya rasilimali za asili. Hii itawapa fursa ya kuchangia na kusimamia rasilimali hizo kwa manufaa ya kizazi cha sasa na kijacho.

1️⃣1️⃣ Kuweka Mikataba Madhubuti: Tunapaswa kufanya mikataba madhubuti na wawekezaji wa kigeni ili kuhakikisha kuwa rasilimali zetu hazigeuzwi kuwa "rasilimali ya wageni." Mikataba hii itaweka mazingira bora ya kuwekeza na kuhakikisha kuwa faida inabaki ndani ya Afrika.
