Watalam mbalimbali wa afya wanasema ya kwamba kwa kila siku ni vyema unywe maji ya ndimu ili uweze kujitibu magonjwa yafuatayo;

Unachotakiwa kufanya ni;
Weka maji yenye joto kidogo (vuguvugu) katika glasi au kikombe , kata limao au ndimu vipande viwili na kamua kipande kimoja tu ndani ya glasi yenye maji.

Kunywa na uanze siku mpya. Ni vizuri ukafanya hivi dakika 30 kabla ya kula chochote kingine kwa faida zaidi.
