Heavenly Father,

Heavenly Father,

We acknowledge that it is only through You that we can truly embody such humility, for it is Your Spirit working within us that transforms our hearts and molds us into the likeness of Christ.

Your Word reminds us in Philippians 2:5-8, "In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross!" Lord, we pray that You would strip away any pride or self-centeredness within us and replace it with the selflessness and humility that Christ demonstrated.
