Baking powder Β½ Kijiko cha chai
Unga wa Custard Vijiko 2 vya chakula
Karanga za kusaga 250gm
Jam Β½ kikombe
MAANDALIZI
Chukua bakuli la kiasi, weka sukari na siagi.
Changanya sukari na siagi kwa kutumia mashine ya kukorogea keki (cakemixer), mpaka sukari ichanganyike na siagi.
Vunja yai moja moja na weka kiini chake kwenye mchanganyiko wa sukari na siagi, endelea kuchanganya mpaka ichanganyike vizuri. Hifadhi ute wa mayai ndani ya kibakuli.
Mimina unga wa ngano ndani ya mchanganyiko wako huku ukichanganya Changanya unga wa custard na baking powder.
Tengeneza viduara vidogo vidogo.
Vichovye viduara ndani ya ute wa yai kisha zimwagie unga wa karanga na kuzipanga kwenye tray ya kuchomea.
Weka dole gumba kati kati ya kila kiduara na uweke jam.
Washa jiko (oven) 350F na uchome vileja vyako kwa dakika 20.
