Kaanga vitunguu mpaka viwe vya brown kisha tia nyama na uikaange kwa muda wa dakika 10. baada ya hapo tia tangawizi, kitunguu swaum, hiliki(4), amdalasini (1), karafuu (4), pilipili mtama (5), Curry powder, binzari manjano, binzari nyembamba na chumvi.
