Mahitaji
Unga wa ngano (self risen flour 2 vikombe vya chai)
Sukari (sugar 1/2 kijiko cha chakula)
Chumvi (salt 1/2 kijiko cha chai)
Hamira (yeast 1/2 kijiko cha chakula)
Baking powder 1/2 kijiko cha chai
Siagi (butter 1/4 ya kikombe cha chai)
Maziwa (fresh milk 3/4 ya kikombe cha chai)(unaweza kutumia maji badala ya maziwa)
Matayarisho
Pasha maziwa yawe ya uvuguvugu kisha weka pembeni, pia yeyusha siagi na uweke pembeni.Baada ya hapo tia kila kitu kwenye bakuli la kukandia kasoro maziwa, na uchanganye vizuri kisha tia maziwa kidogo kidogo katika mchanganyiko huo kisha ukande. Ukimaliza uweke kwenye sehemu ya joto na uache uumuke. Ukisha umuka utawanyishe katika madonge saba Kisha .pakaza mafuta au siagi katika chombo cha kuokea kisha yapange hayo madonge katika hicho chombo na uyaache yaumuke tena (kwa mara ya pili). Baada ya hapo pakaza mafuta juu ya hayo madonge na uyaoke (bake) katika oven (moto 200°C ) kwa muda wa dakika 25 na hapo scones au maskonzi yatakuwa tayari
