Mapishi ya Viazi, samaki na asparagus

Mahitaji
Viazi (potato 1/2 kilo)
Samaki (fish 2)
Asparagus 8
Kitunguu kilichokatwa (chopped onion 1)
Kitunguu swaum kilichosagwa (garlic 4 cloves)
Tangawizi iliyosagwa kiasi (ginger paste)
Limao (lemon 1)
Giligilani iliyokatwakatwa (chopped coriander)
Curry powder (kijiko 1 cha chai)
Chumvi (salt)
Mafuta (vegetable oil)
Matayarisho
Safisha samaki na kisha uwamarinate na kitunguu swaum, tangawizi, limao na chumvi kwa muda wa nusu saa. Baada ya hapo wakaange na usiwakaushe sana kisha waweke pembeni. Chukua fry-pan kisha tia mafuta kidogo sana (kama 1/2 kijiko cha chai) kisha tia vitunguu maji na uvikaange kwa muda wa dakika 2 (kwani havitakiwi kuiva kabisa) kisha waweke samaki na uwachanganye na hivyo vitunguu. Kisha baada ya hapo tia giligilani iliyokatwa, kamulia limao na tia chumvi kidogo kisha geuzageuza ili kuchanganya vitu vyote na kisha ipua. Baada ya hapo menya na ukate viazi katika vipande vya wastani, na kisha uvichemshe kidogo na visiive kabisa. Baada ya hapo weka sufuria jikoni kwenye moto wa wastani na utie mafuta kidogo (kama vijiko 2 vya chakula) na kisha tia viazi na uanze kuvipika kwa kuvigeuzageuza mpaka viive na kuwa rangi ya brown kisha tia chumvi kidogo, curry powder na giligilani iliyokatwa.Vipike kwa muda wa dakika mbili kisha viipue. Na baada ya hapo malizia kwa kupika asparagus. Kwanza zioshe kisha zikate kati. Baada ya hapo weka mafuta kidogo kama 1/2 kijiko katika fry-pan yakisha pata moto tia kitunguu swaum, asparagus na chumvi.Zipike kwa kuzigeuzageuza kwa muda wa dakika 5 na hapo zitakuwa zimeshaiva na tayari kwa kuliwa pamoja na samaki na viazi. Unaweza kuvisevu kwa ketchup.
